How to Obtain a Miner’s IP Address

Download the Official Tool (Example: Bitmain Antminer)

1. Visit the official support page:
   https://service.bitmain.com.cn/support/download?product=IP-reporter

2. Click Download and save the IP Reporter tool.

Connect the Miner

1. Power on the miner.

2. Wait until the green status indicator starts flashing.

3. Ensure the miner and your computer are connected to the same local network (LAN).

Retrieve the IP Address

1. Extract and install the downloaded IP Reporter software.

2. Launch the tool and click Start.

3. Press the IP Report button on the miner (see image below).

4. Wait a few seconds. The IP address displayed in the software is the miner’s local IP address.

Notes

• The miner and computer must be on the same network.

• If no IP address appears after pressing the IP Report button, contact the manufacturer’s support service.

• For further assistance, consult the miner manufacturer.
