Miner Alarm Settings and Precautions
When your miner experiences hashrate anomalies or goes offline, you can configure remote alerts based on specified thresholds to better manage your mining operations. Below is a detailed setup guide:
Reminder: These settings will only take effect after you have registered, created a sub-account, and successfully connected your miner. Otherwise, the configuration will not work.
1. Access Alarm Settings
Log in to your account, navigate to the Mining section, and locate the Alarm Settings module.
2. Configure Alarm Parameters
Click the button in the upper-right corner of the module to set the Hashrate Alert Threshold and Offline Notification Threshold.
Precautions:
- The hashrate alert threshold cannot exceed your miner’s current hashrate. It is recommended to configure this after the miner has been connected and its hashrate has stabilized.
3. Add Alert Contact Methods
Below the alarm settings, you will find the Contact Addition Module. Here, you can add your preferred alert channels (e.g., DingTalk, Telegram) and save the configuration.
Notes:
1️⃣ DingTalk and Telegram require prior setup in their respective apps to receive alerts.
2️⃣ Ensure the configured addresses are correct and free of invalid characters; otherwise, alerts may not be delivered.
4. Alert Mechanism
- Alerts are triggered only after the configured values persist for a specific duration. This is optimized to account for user experience and normal hashrate fluctuations.
- If three consecutive alerts are triggered within a short period, no further alerts will be sent unless the hashrate returns to normal levels. This avoids alert fatigue.
