KuPool Registration and Login

I. Email Registration (Google Recommended)

Important Note: To ensure a smooth user experience and account security, KuPool recommends registering with a Gmail address for better account management and protection. If you already have a Gmail account, you can skip the following steps. However, we also support registration using other email providers.

Step 1️⃣: Open the Gmail Official Website

Enter https://mail.google.com in your browser's address bar, or search for "Gmail" directly to begin the registration process.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Refer to the actual setup process)

After completing the necessary steps, fill in your information, set up your email address and username, then click "Create account."

On the Gmail login page, locate and click the "Create account" button.

Complete the Registration

Once the account is created, Google will guide you through some settings (e.g., privacy settings). You can choose whether to enable personalized ads, etc. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Step 2️⃣: Access Your Gmail Inbox

After completing the above steps, you will be automatically redirected to your new Gmail inbox. Security Tip: It is recommended to enable Two-Factor Authentication to enhance the security of your account.

II. KuPool Registration

Step 1️⃣: Visit the KuPool Official Website

Open your browser, enter https://www.kupool.com/#/dashboard in the address bar, and press Enter to go to the KuPool homepage.

Click the "Sign Up" Button

On the homepage, find and click the "Sign Up" button.

Fill in Registration Information

Email: Enter a valid email address. A Gmail address is recommended.
Password: Set a strong password. It is recommended to use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols to enhance account security.

Step 2️⃣: Get the Verification Code

Click "Get Verification Code." Log in to the email account you provided, find the verification code, and enter it.

Agree to the Terms of Service
Check the box located below the password input field.

Step 3️⃣: Successful Registration

After completing email verification, you will be redirected back to KuPool. You can now log in using the email address and password you registered with. Please ensure your account details are kept secure.

III. Common Registration Issues

1. Cannot access the KuPool official website
   Please check your current network conditions. Try restarting your modem/router or switching to a better network and try again.
2. Did not receive the verification code
   The verification code is usually sent to your provided email within one minute. If you haven't received it, please check the spam folder of that email account, or verify that the email address entered is correct.
3. Cannot access Gmail sign-up page
   You can search for solutions using a search engine.
